Should taxpayers foot the bill so Palin's children could watch a secessionist in a snowmobile race

Should taxpayers foot the bill so Palin's children could watch a secessionist in a snowmobile race?
ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Gov. Sarah Palin charged the state for her children to travel with her, including to events where they were not invited, and later amended expense reports to specify that they were on official business. The charges included costs for hotel and commercial flights for three daughters to join Palin to watch their father in a snowmobile race, and a trip to New York, where the governor attended a five-hour conference and stayed with 17-year-old Bristol for five days and four nights in a luxury hotel. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/27310999/

I am sure she is not the first or last politician to take advantage like this. This is one benefit of having the media, knowing who these politicians really are.

Obviously the governor doesn't care who foots the bill as long as it's not her. Another glimpse into her character.

Sure. I'd rather pay for that with tax dollars than pay for ACORN to sign up dead people and cartoon characters to vote democrat.
