Taxi from Anchorage airport to downtown at 2 a.m.?
Our flight should be landing on Friday 16th july in the morning at around 2 a.m. We are 3 people with 3 big suitcases. Can we get a taxi from the airport at that time or may be later than that in case our flight got delayed? Is taxi at the airport available 24 hours? Will it be save to travel by taxi at that time? The population of Anchorage is 300,000. The Anchorage airport has taxi service at all hours, like any big city. Yes, it will be as safe to take a taxi at 2 AM as it is at 2 PM. Anchorage isn't all wilderness with mountains and moose. It's a large city with high rise buildings, major roads and heavy traffic. It doesn't sound like that's what you're expecting.
