Has anyone ever used Bag Balm on cockatiel birds

Has anyone ever used Bag Balm on cockatiel birds ?
I recently adopted a male and female cockatiel birds. The flight from anchorage to petersburg island ( also in Alaska ) about killed the female . Now that I have had them at least 3 months , she is doing better . But , she has pulled all her tail feathers out , and starts this self mutilation on her self . I bought $100 worth of Nekton vitamins , but that dont seem to be doing the trick . So I was wondering if anyone has ever used BagBalm on birds before ? Has anyone ever used Bag Balm on cockatiel birds ?

Bag Balm is not harmful unless large amounts are ingested or swallowed. Bag Balm was originally designed for the use with animals (especially cow utters) and keeping there skin moisturized when it gets dry and starts to crack. The Bag Balm works as barrier and can keep the skin from being irritated. Just don't use too much at a time and not too often. Make sure to keep her warm.
